How are your books delivered?
Our books are delivered via email as Adobe PDF files (by default). These files are easy to use and the Adobe PDF reader is a FREE program that you probably already have on your computer. Save the PDF file from the email we send you and simply double click the file to open it. If you need to download Adobe Reader because your computer will not open the file, click here to get it now for FREE.
Where in the contacts list I ordered?
If you ordered the A&R Registry, Film & Television Music Guide, Publisher Registry, or the Attorney, Legal & Business Affairs contacts lists DOWNLOAD, your order will be fulfilled by a company called the Music Registry (the publishers of these amazing lists) and will NOT be sent from us. Your PDF file and password will be issued to you by the Music Registry. Please email or call us if you have not received your product within 24 hours. Items selected to be shipped will be quickly processed.
Can I get a hard copy of a book?
We offer our music career books as Adobe PDF files only with the excpetion of our music industry contacts lists. If you prefer a hard copy of a PDF, we suggest you take the file to your local print shop to have it printed or even print it on your home printer. Our music industry books are generally under 50 pages of to-the-point information. Printing is quite simple.
